Language Inspired is looking for an entry level talent acquisition specialist with an interest in remote recruitment and the language industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- execute research-based remote linguist recruitment
- generate analytical and well-documented linguist sourcing, recruiting, and selection reports and metrics
- customise linguist teams for specific purposes
- build and maintain long term relationships with linguists
- cooperate with the rest of the team to optimise HR processes
REQUIREMENTS
- exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – and the ability to build a genuine rapport with linguists
- professional working proficiency English (any other language will be considered as an advantage)
- a data-driven, detail-oriented individual with an eye for statistics
- experience in a Talent Acquisition or Vendor Management position and higher education in a related field will be considered as an advantage.
