We're looking for a highly organized, fast-learning, dedicated customer care manager to tend to customer needs and ensure smooth cooperation with linguist teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage translation projects from the time of receiving the order until the end result
- Create and maintain great customer and linguist experience
- Ensure consistent translation project quality and support
- Foster use of the newest technologies, reducing the amount of manual work
Requirements
- Higher education
- Fluent in English or German (additional language skills will be considered as an advantage)
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage and prioritize own workloads
- Similar experience in translation project management or customer service, especially B2B, will be considered as an advantage
