Customer Care Manager

 

We're looking for a highly organized, fast-learning, dedicated customer care manager to tend to customer needs and ensure smooth cooperation with linguist teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage translation projects from the time of receiving the order until the end result
  • Create and maintain great customer and linguist experience
  • Ensure consistent translation project quality and support
  • Foster use of the newest technologies, reducing the amount of manual work

Requirements

  • Higher education
  • Fluent in English or German (additional language skills will be considered as an advantage)
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage and prioritize own workloads
  • Similar experience in translation project management or customer service, especially B2B, will be considered as an advantage
