HR manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • execute full-cycle recruitment for our fast-growing team while establishing a strong employer brand
  • manage all personnel record keeping and maintain all HR-related policies and procedures 
  • analyse all recruitment and other HR-related data for process optimisation
  • ensure positive employee journey experience by organising internal events and other employee wellbeing activities 
  • advise and assist Leadership team with all HR-related issues, strategies and process optimisation

REQUIREMENTS

  • previous experience in a similar position and/or education in the HR field 
  • professional working proficiency Latvian and English (any other language will be considered as an advantage)
  • comfortable with video meetings, recordings, displaying great presentation and communication skills 
  • good knowledge of Latvian labour law and HR industry trends
  • a data-driven, detail-oriented individual with an eye for statistics
